Space 
This option allows you to air out the content of your site and space out the different cells.
To add it, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the (+) button between two cell blocks
- In the Content option of the Insert block, click on the Space logo
- Choose the Height in pixels of the space
- Add a background to the space if desired
- Click on Add
