Why is this useful?
On the big day, you can use your the OnSite application to record your guests' attendance (see article onsite: What is Evenium OnSite?).
Do you need to know directly from your OnSite application how many VIPs have not yet arrived, and exactly who they are? With just one click, you can filter your guests by category and/or by whether they have already been scanned as present and by whom they have been invited (if the “Collaborative management” module has been activated on your event).
How does it work?
Several filters are available on the OnSite application:
- By guests' presence
- By guests' category
- By inviting entity (if the collaborative management module is activated on the event)

1. For filters based on presence and category, you can click on the icon below:
Then select what type on filters you want: By presence and/or category:
A filter is active if the icon below is red:
2. If the ‘Collaborative management’ module is activated on your event, the name of the guest's inviting entity will be displayed under the guest's first and last name:
If you wish to filter by inviting entity, you can type the name of the entity in the search bar and only the guests invited by that one entity will be displayed:
