Why is this useful?


Printing badges ahead of time helps you speed up check-in on event day. If a participant forgets theirs, you can easily find the pre-printed version without needing to reprint it.


How does it work?


Under the “On site reception” > “Badges list”:


     1. Select the participants you need

     2. Click on “Download badges”



     3. A progress bar will show up—you can hide it and still monitor the download.



     4. Once your badges are ready, click on “Download badges” again:



A PDF file containing all the selected badges will automatically be added to your downloads. You can then print them on paper.



Recommandation: for best performance, we suggest downloading badges in batches of 500 or fewer.
