When you log into the platform, you are redirected to the multi. To add a new user, click on the Users tab: 

 

You will then be taken to a page listing all the users of your platform. Click on Add a new user:

A window will open containing a form with the main details of your new user:

You must then fill in the information requested to create the new user (the red asterisks are mandatory fields).

 

Types of access :

  • Access to all events: gives administrator rights to all events on your platform.
  • Access to certain events: allows you to choose the list of events to which the user will have access. The user will then need to be given access to the desired events.


Remarksan email is automatically sent to the new user inviting them to set their password in order to log in and activate their account.

Once the new user has been added, they will appear on the Users page.

 

CAUTION: Each user added can create events.
