The process bellow described how to attach the assistant's email as a copy in you email.

  • Go on the "Configuration" tab --> "Update registration form":

Insert the pre-defined question "Assistant's email" in the registration form. The question appears and the participant can now fill out the field.

  • Go on the "Configuration" tab --> "Edit emails":

On your emails' interface, click on the fields 'cc' or 'cci'.

Then, select the value of the required field and choose in the list of values « assistant E-mail »
After clicking on « update » and saving, we advise you to do a test to check the modifications have been made.
You have to repeat this operation for all the required emails.
