Why is this useful?
The “Will Attend / Will Not Attend” field allows you to:
Let guests decline the event invitation.
Track the number of confirmed participants, which affects credit calculation.
Automatically send confirmation or cancellation emails.
How does it work?
On your form, a Will Attend / Will Not Attend block is displayed by default.
You don’t need to do anything for it to appear : it is automatically included in the form.
You can hide it if needed by clicking the Advanced button, but be aware: all participants who fill out the form will be considered confirmed.
