If the participant is not receiving the e-mails, please :
- Check the validity of the e-mail address, see if the word 'Error' appears in the Dern. msg columnClicking on it opens a page giving details of the error. For example, if the error comes from the domain name, i.e. the part after the @, the following message will appear:
- Check whether the word Opt-out appears in the Dern. msg column. If a participant is Opt-Out, this means that he/she has clicked on the link to stop receiving e-mails sent from the platform.
To remove a participant from the Opt-Out list :
- The participant in question must send an e-mail to Evenium support (+33 1 47 70 90 35 / [email protected]) indicating that he/she wishes to receive e-mails again.
- You send an e-mail to Evenium support (+33 1 47 70 90 35 / [email protected]) with a copy to the participant indicating that he/she wishes to receive e-mails again.
