There are two ways to assign a language to a guest:

  1. For one guest:

Click on the guest’s name and click on the [+] sign in the 'Guest Status' box.

Select the language of your choice from the drop-down list.

Choosing a language for the participant ensures that he or she receives all the emails in the right language and that he or she will also access the event’s website in the right language. 

  1. For several guests:

Create a file containing the name, first name and email address of all the guests as well as a column named 'Language' and use the ISO code of the languages to fill in your file.
Once your file is ready you will be able to import it and your guests’ languages will then be updated
