You have the possibility to accept or decline your guests’ registration to your event. To do that, you have to: 


  • Go under the “Configuration” - “Update your registration form” tab and edit the  field “Will attend / Will not attend” 


  • In the advanced settings, select “New guests must be validated by the organizer if they are not already in the event's guest list” 


  • And then click on “Update”


Note: Works only if the website is public and the guest is not part of the initial database. 


On the back office, guests who wish to participate to the event will have their status set at "To be validated".


You will then need to manually change their status from "To be validated" to "Confirmed". To do this, you have to :

  • Select the participant from the guest list

  • Click on “Modify”

  • Change the guest’s status from "(Unchanged)" to "Confirmed"


Note: The guest will not receive an automatic confirmation email. You will have to send it manually.
