To create sub-menus, you have to:
Click on the menu editor (top right corner)
Select your main menu in the list (top left corner)
Then, click on “add a sub-menu”
Customize your sub-menu
Your sub-menu will appear when you place your computer mouse over on the main menu.
WARNING: Do not forget to click on "Submit" then "Save" for each modification.
