Your website contains 4 default menus:

  • Welcoming page

  • Registration page

  • Practical information

  • Guests 


You can add menus to your website from a page model which has some special features. 


Here are the pages models you can use:


  • Practical information: The "Practical information" page template allows you to add a google map. This map is generated from the address you entered on the back office via the "Configuration"-"General information" tab. 



  •  Guests: The "guests" page template allows you to have a guests’ list. In this list there are only the confirmed guests of your events.



  • Agenda: The "Agenda" page template allows you to add an agenda of your event. This agenda is generated from the sub-events created on your ConnexMe application. 

  • Program : The "Program" page template allows you to add the program of your event. The page is a predefined table in which you can fill in the schedules and descriptions of your activities. 


  • Contact: The "Contact" page template allows you to provide your guests with your contact information to get in touch with you. The page is a classic text cell.



  • Documents : The “Documents” page allows you to add documents that will then be downloaded by your guests

 

  • Presentation : The "Presentation" page template allows you to add a presentation text, just like the "Homepage” of your menu. It also includes the button that redirects your guests to the registration page.

  • Trombinoscope : The "Trombinoscope" page template allows you to add your guests list at your event as well as their contact information. There is on that model a search bar allowing you to search for a particular guest. This list is generated from the confirmed guest at your event. 

Careful: the photo will appear in your on the list only if your registration form contains the predefined template "Upload photo":
