To change the sender’s email address of your event, please contact Evenium support (+33 1 47 70 90 35 / support@evenium.com). 


To change this email address you need to put in place on your event a specific domain name. To do so you have two options:


The first option is free and we can set it up quickly. 


The second one, which includes a complete personalization of the e-mail address, is charged 100€ HT and is set up within half a day upon receipt of the signed quotation.
Please note also that you need to wait at least 1 week before you sent out your emails to your guests if you select the second option as it is a brand new email address that is created to avoid the email to be in your guests’ spam mailboxes
