To add sessions (activities, conferences, plenary sessions, lunches, etc.) in the Agenda tab of your website, simply follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Logistics tab, then click on the Sub-events option
  • Click on the Add button 
  • Indicate the Title of your activity as well as the start and end dates and times.
  • If desired, please also indicate the Quota of participants who can choose this activity
  • Click on Submit


The sessions created will then appear in the agenda page by day and in chronological order.


WARNING: you can also add sessions directly from the Registration form or from the  Program tab of our ConnexMe interactivity application if you use it.
