You can display the registration form as soon as your guest clicks on the link in the invitation. This way, they won't have to click on the Registration button on the website.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Configuration tab - Edit emails
- Select the invitation email and click on the block "Access event details and reply to invitation".
- An editing window appears. You can then check the "Open registration form after clicking on invitation link" box at the top of this window.
- The page you select in the "Link to page" section will be the one displayed in the background of the form. If you don't select a page, your site's Home page will be displayed by default. Please note that you must have published your site at least once for this section to appear.
- Click on Update, then Save in the top right-hand corner of your e-mail.
You can also follow these same steps for the Auto Confirmation and Auto decline e-mails.
